This one is more interesting,  as seemingly identical input
results in different behavior:

? vector(13,x,0)
%1 = [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]
? elltors(vector(13,x,0))
  ***   precision too low in torselldoud.
? elltors(%1)
  ***   bug in GP (Segmentation Fault), please report
? elltors(vector(13,x,0))
  ***   precision too low in torselldoud.
