2 recent changes

Hello PARI-dev,

I would like to announce two recent changes:

1) PARI has now an optimised inline assembly kernel for the PowerPC
architecture, thanks to Guillaume Hanrot. 

Please test it especially on Mac OS X. We have only tested it on Linux.

2) The GMP kernel now is able to make use of the fast integer
division of GMP for dividing real numbers (divrr). This is currently
activate for numbers of more than 500 words (4800 digits on 32bit arch).
Please test/tune it.
