and make sure you use 'cvs update -d', otherwise the ppc directory won't be
created.

I still intend to include a rudimentary dlopen() / dlsym() interface in (e.g)
systems/macos.c, instead of forcing OS X users to fiddle with dlcompat.

It could be done in a few minutes, but it's not my most urgent problem...
