gp2c-run support for MacOS X 

Hello PARI-dev,

I took the opportunuity of the PARI Workshop to try and fix MacOS X
support with GP2C.

As of current PARI CVS, it should be possible to use gp2c-run on Darwin.

The change is unclean because I didn't get a chance to fix the 
shared library support.
