I suppose you mean a amd64/em64t 64bit version. In that case 
PARI/GP 2.3.0 and up include a level0 amd64/em64t assembly kernel
and this platform is very well supported (actually this is currently
the plateform with the highest performances).

However the Window binary we provide is 32bit only.
