New GP evaluator release 2.4.1.compile-4 

Hello PARI-dev,

I have made available a new version of my latest GP evaluator:

This version fix issues with users functions called without parenthesis.

This also fix the following issue reported by Ilya:

The plan so far is to integrate this new evaluator to GP itself
next week.
