Thta is because they get applied to the development version but not in
the stable version. Your patches are 2.4.0-F6 and 2.4.0-F7.
I have commited the last one in revision 12113, and an update 12115.

If you want OS/2 to be supported, please test the development version.
If you do not want to use SVN, then you can get a snapshot at
<http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/trunk.tar.gz?root=pari&view=tar>

It would also be great if you could set up an OS/2 system to generate
daily buildlogs, see <http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/buildlog.html>
