Planned migration of PARI repository to GIT

Hello PARI-dev,

We are planning to move the main PARI version control from SVN to GIT in September.

There are two consequences:

1) the experimental git repository at <http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/git/pari.git>
is discontinued.  For technical reason [1], it will be replaced by another one
with different sha1 but the same URL.

2) we will stop providing SVN access. We might provide some kind of read-only
SVN access if there is popular demand.
