incgamc(s,x):
complementary incomplete gamma function.
The arguments s and x must be positive. The result returned is int_0^x
e^{-t}t^{s-1}dt, when x is not too large.
The library syntax is incgam3(s,x,prec).
gp> incgamc(-1,1)
*** division by zero in R/R
