many function bugs

The following functions :

acos,acosh,asin,asinh,atan,atanh,cos,cosh,cotan,exp,gamma,gammh,lngamma,
log,psi,sin,sinh,sqrt,tan,tanh,zeta

all hang when given a strings like "a". For example:

gp> zeta("a")

which produces a core dump after a manual "ctrl-C".
In addition, the following also happens in 2.0.17(beta) :

gp> agm("a","b")
  ***   segmentation fault: bug in GP (please report).
