How to use forvec ? 

Dear all,

 Can you tell me why

forvec(toto=[[0,0],[1,1]],print(toto),0)

prints only

[0, 1]

??? I'm most probably doing a very
simple mistake, but the right way of
doing things is eluding me :-(

I want [1,1], [0,1], [1,0], [0,0] (and possibly
only those with m ones but I can  handle that)
