can you be more specific concerning the book "Number Theory: analytic & modern tools" :
the chapter 11 contain 150 pages so it is a little dificult to find the one formula you finelly use.

We just sum O(p) p-adic Hurwitz zeta functions. See Henri Cohen's
"Number Theory: analytic & modern tools" (Vol. 2, Chap. 11)
