daily Mac OS binary for PARI/GP

Dear PARI users,

I have set up the PARI server to build basic GP binaries from daily
snapshot of the master branch and the stable branch and publish them
here:
<http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/pub/pari/mac/snapshots/>

(the build logs are available at
<http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/buildlog.html>
just look for 'darwin'.

As an experiment, I have disabled GMP support.
Tell me if that fix the illegal instruction after the header is
displayed.
