Issue with threading engine 

Hi all,

Thanks so much for the whole job about Pari/GP.

I have an issue after upgrading from version 2.13.3 to 2.15.0.

With 2.13.3, threading engine was pthread.

Now, with 2.15.0, it's single.
What can I do to restore threading to pthread, without downgrading to 2.13.3?
