Asking a friend who does have TeX on his machine. :^)

Seriously, wait for 2.0.10.BETA (Real Soon Now), and then I guess
I'll put a .ps.gz and a .ps.Z in my ftp directories, with links
from the website.  Perhaps the main ftp site (megrez) could also
put them up?

It's a large file, though... the .dvi is just under a Megabyte,
and the .ps contains lots of procedures and font info in addition
to the text and current-point motions...
