Hi pari-dev,

  all variables of "avma" (= PARI stack pointer) type now have the type
pari_sp which is currently typedef'ed to (unsigned long), in order not to
break existing code. [ see pari-dev-1410 for the rationale behind the change ]

I think I have correctly updated the manual.

Please use that new type when contributing code !
